Pico de Gallo (fresh tomato salsa)

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SALSA:
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
½ red onion, very finely chopped
1 garlic clove, ground into a paste with 1 teaspoon of salt
1 green chilli pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
A handful of coriander, roughly chopped
Combine everything, put in a bowl - you’re ready!
