Smooth dark sauce with a good, fruity, warming aroma. A light texture and the flavour is well judged with the fruity flavour of the spices coming through well on the palate with well judged heat to give a very enjoyable, rounded, spicy sauce.

Red russet brown with a smoky, slightly sharp aroma. Flecks of seeds are visible. The smoke comes through on the palate first, followed by balanced acidity which then develops into a glowing warmth from the chipotle. The smokiness carries through well. We think this is delicious - well balanced and, as you say, has many uses.
