INGREDIENTS

1 My Burrito Chile-de-Arbol marinade pouch

750g of raw large prawns

Have Ready

Pico-de-Gallo

Guacamole

Warm corn tacos

Method

Marinade the prawns for a few hours prior to cooking

Prepare your tacos - heat the corn tacos in a pan to warm them through, put on to a warm plate and cover with a tea-towel to keep them warm

Heat a frying pan or wok until hot, empty the prawns and the marinade into the pan and stir fry until just cooked. Take off the heat into a dish.

Build your tacos - help yourself to a corn taco, add a base of guacamole, then the prawns. Top with the pico and sour cream if you want
